A Strong Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture

We are a proud industry partner of the Zero Net Emissions from Agriculture Cooperative Research Centre (ZNE-Ag CRC)—a national initiative dedicated to achieving Zero Net Emissions in Australian agriculture by 2040, and below-zero net emissions by 2050. Agriculture contributes nearly 17% of Australia’s national emissions, and the ZNE-Ag CRC is working to ensure that the sector not only meets but exceeds international reduction targets without compromising productivity, profitability, or growth.

Rather than viewing emissions reduction as a cost burden, the ZNE-Ag CRC’s “Win-Win” approach focuses on harnessing science and technology to unlock sustainable production potential and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions. Together with other CRC partners, we aim to catalyse adoption of innovations that generate economic, environmental, and social value—empowering agriculture to become part of the climate solution.
